That frustrated thought was the catalyst for creating the Good Bumblebee online marketplace. I’ve always been a person who wants to do business with companies that strive to do more than generate profits. Don’t get me wrong, the ability to generate profits is absolutely crucial for a business; however, in my opinion, so is responsible conduct related to people, animals, and the planet. That’s why I look for companies that provide a livable minimum wage or use sustainable materials in product packaging or have committed to conduct as specified by organizations such as 1% for the Planet, Leaping Bunny, and the guidelines set forth for achieving B Corporation status, to name a few. In the past it's been hard to find these companies. Until now.
