A member of the Durham Living Wage Project, founders Kelly and Dan Swimm decided early on to work only with companies that pay a living wage and offer affordable healthcare, retirement benefits, and paid time off, while also practicing those values at Grow.

They are members of 1% for the Planet, are a certified B Corporation, Leaping Bunny certified, make their products in the USA, have implemented a carbon-neutral policy, use sustainable materials, and offer a line of products that are toxin-free, 100% plant based, and practice ingredient transparency. 

In a recent Earth Day Instagram post, Breast Cancer Prevention Partners featured Grow as a safer, healthier alternative to keep the planet clean.
